Director is Mandi Hutton, along with a board of members incorporating a wide range of work and life experience. All Well-Being Consultants have relevant youth/social work and life experience.
Mandi has professional experience spanning over 28 years in frontline Child Protection, Disability and Education sectors including working in both regional and remote areas of Western Australia. Over past 17 years Mandi has managed a State-wide Child protection service working alongside the WA Police-Child Abuse Squad, forensically interviewing children, leading a team and delivering protective education and child safety.
Well-Being Consultant to provide online support plus face-to-face workshops to staff in all aspects of the well-being of an individual, self-care, building resilience, identifying signs and developing skills in areas such as compassion fatigue, burn out, vicarious trauma. Opportunity to receive debrief sessions as required after a critical workplace incident, providing self-reflection and skills to utilise in the future. Providing reflective professional supervision to promote safety and confidence for the supervisee to disclose any personal issues and dilemmas as they arise and free from workplace politics and restrictions.
